Coventry University is a major UK Higher Education institution with more than 15,000 students and a 150 years of history behind its name. The university has an established academic presence both regionally, nationally and internationally.
The university occupies a purpose-built 33-acre campus in the heart of Coventry City-centre, directly opposite the world-famous cathedral where the graduation ceremonies are held.
The university comprises three academic faculties, namely, the Faculty of Business, Environment and Society; the Faculty of Engineering and Computing; the Faculty of Health Life Sciences and the School of Art and Design.
Recent teaching quality assessments conducted by the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA), the UK's higher education quality watchdog, have found Coventry's teaching provides overall excellence and a high level of students' satisfaction in Business and Management programmes within the faculty.
