Learning methods and expectations_

The IBA way

A wide variety of teaching and learning methods are used at IBA. They include work shops, case studies, projects, field trips as well as regular lectures. Students work changes between working in groups and individually. 

We encourage all students to participate actively in the learning process. 
 

We provide the students:
  • A solid theoretical education
  • A unique combination of theory and practice 
  • An environment where the students can grow and develop into a enthusiastic and competent professional with an international outlook.
  • The possibility to test their knowledge and skills in real companies and working situations.
  • An entry card enabling students to access IBA study facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including unlimited Internet use.

From the students we expect:

  • Desire to take on challenges


Teaching Language
The Multimedia programme is only offered in English. Assignments and reports may be written in other languages provided the teachers accept (e.g. Danish and German).  
Field trips and study visit

A number of field trips are part of the Multimedia programme. There is a field trip to CeBit in Hannover and a number of field trips to Danish companies and organizations.

Study environment
The students at IBA becomes part of a unique study enviroment. Besides the study programmes we have an array of events, where students can come together across countries and study programmes. IBA has events like football tournament, movie nights, “pasta and chat”, “girls night”, “Sunday walk” and many other.
IBA also has a bar, “Down under”, where students can be together and have a nice time.
