Craig Williams
International consultant to the UN - New York

“I have just completed the MSC International Business Management as a remote student online from New York. The content of the course has been well rounded and given me a new perspective with which I
now approach problem solving and even problem identification.

From my work as an international consultant to the UN in the areas of Emergency Preparedness and Business Continuity, to my work in the private sector in Management consulting; I have found the material of the  course has helped me better understand my customers, better inform my support to them, as well as better shape the international strategic approach to my own consultancy businesses structure.

I struggled with higher education coming out of highschool and as such was very apprehensive to trying it again. However, having 15 years of work experience to draw from gave me a far stronger base from which to approach the study materials which has allowed me to get far more out of the course which I can apply today.

The remote learning concept required me to have a lot of discipline to ensure I got through the course work, but what made the remote learning the most beneficial was that it allowed me to move at my own pace to a large degree, giving me the ability to focus in on what aspects needed more attention.

I found the academic support from the staff to be very well grounded in that they not only assisted with answers to my questions but always added extra to take my thinking one step further than my present perspective. As a result, I can confidently say the course had added depth to what I offer.”
