E-MSc: Research Design and Methods

This module will introduce you to a variety of problems and issues related to business research in general. It will provide you with essential skills and tools for conducting rigorous, methodologically sound research in the field of business and management. This module covers the fundamentals of research design, including both qualitative and quantitative methods, data collection techniques, sampling strategies, and data analysis.

The module is a part of the E-MSc in International Business

The subject Research Design and Methods provides you with a thorough understanding of the methods, approaches, and tools that underlie academic research work and how to work effectively with a chosen topic.

 

You will learn about:

  • various research methodologies, such as surveys, case studies, experiments, and interviews, learning to choose and apply the appropriate approach for different types of business problems.
  • how to apply critical thinking and ethical considerations, to formulate research questions, design effective studies, and interpret results accurately.
