Circular Economy in a Sustainable Organisation
This module introduces core theories and practical issues central to understanding a circular economy in a sustainable organisation. It establishes an appreciation of the complexities of understanding the issues related to a circular economy as well as the demands resting on the shoulders of international organisations due to the present global ecological situation. It involves an exploration of organisational and managerial processes and needs for change in the dynamic, changing context of organisations.

- Frameworks for understanding the concept of a circular economy in organisations.
- Reviewing and critically evaluating major contemporary research and debates in the field of circular economy.
- Evaluating major theories relating to circular economy and how these are put into practice by organizations.
- Debating and critically evaluating the characteristics of effective sustainable leadership in organizations.
