Guide: How to use Jobteaser to Recruit Danish and International Students from IBA
Welcome to Jobteaser – IBA’s job portal, where you can recruit talented students for internships, student jobs, and full-time positions at no cost. Follow this guide to get started.
- Creating a Company Account
To post job ads on Jobteaser, you first need to create a company account:
- Go to Jobteaser.
- Click on “Create a Company Account” and fill in the necessary details about your company.
- Once your account is created, you will receive a confirmation email. Follow the instructions to activate your account.
- Creating Job Ads
Once your account is active, you can create your first job ad:
- Log in to your Jobteaser account.
- Click on “Create New Job Ad”.
To ensure that your job ad reaches the right candidates and is easy for students to understand, we recommend the following:
- Fill in the required fields with details about the position, including:
- Title: We recommend clear titles such as “Marketing Intern” or “Student Job in Accounting.”
- Description: Outline the tasks, requirements, and what you are offering.
- Job Type: Indicate whether it is an internship, student job, or full-time position.
- Target Group: Consider who the ad is aimed at (interns, students in student jobs, or recent graduates).
- Headline: Ensure the job title clearly reflects the position (e.g., “Marketing Intern” or “Student Job in IT”).
- International Students: If the position is open to international students, we recommend writing the ad in English.

- Publishing the Job Ad
When you’re ready, you can publish your job ad:
- Click on “Publish” to make the ad visible to our students.
- All job ads on Jobteaser are free of charge.
- Receiving and Managing Applications
When students start applying:
- Log in to your Jobteaser account to view the applications.
- You can manage applications directly from the platform, save profiles, and communicate with candidates.
