Innovation for Sustainability

The module provides an MBA level integrative course in innovative planning, organisational design and innovative change management, which develops the student’s understanding and skills, as present and prospective future managers, for initiating and managing the organisation’s overall integration of innovative and sustainable business practices. The module analyses such innovative and sustainable initiatives and practices, the design of related business processes, systems and structures and the challenges of implementation.
