Business Administration and Management
This module provides a foundational introduction to the core concepts and practices of business administration and management. It explores key management principles that underpin effective organisational performance, including planning, organising, leading, and controlling.
The module is a part of the online Bachelor’s Degree BA (Hons) International Business Management.
Students are introduced to managerial decision making, with a focus on problem-solving techniques, the use of information, and ethical considerations in business contexts.
The module also examines the role of strategic leadership, highlighting how leaders influence vision, culture, and long-term direction within organisations.
By the end of the module, students will have developed essential knowledge and skills to understand how managers operate within modern organisations and how effective management contributes to business success.
