The module is a part of the online Bachelor’s Degree BA (Hons) International Business Management.
The course develops foundational knowledge and practical skills needed to understand how innovation drives competitive advantage in a rapidly changing international business environment.
Students explore current innovation trends shaping global markets, including digital transformation, sustainability, globalisation, and emerging technologies. The module examines how organisations respond strategically to these trends to remain competitive and relevant.
Organisational and ethical challenges associated with innovation are critically examined, including resistance to change, risk management, intellectual property, corporate responsibility, and ethical decision-making.
