Students will examine procurement and sourcing strategies, analysing supplier selection, contract management, sustainability considerations, and risk mitigation in both local and global contexts.

A key focus is supply chain design and planning, where students will evaluate network configuration, inventory management, demand forecasting, and capacity planning to improve efficiency and responsiveness.

In addition, students will explore quality management principles and lean systems, examining approaches such as continuous improvement, waste reduction, and process optimisation to enhance operational excellence.
